This is a special cooking workshop to learn how to support your digestive system with food of natural good bacteria/pro-biotic pickles.

The digestive system is where vitamins, nutrients and minerals are absorbed. Factors such as stress, lack of sleep, antibiotics, illness, aging and poor diet choices can often lead to an imbalance of the bacteria in your digestive track.  Maintaining a healthy digestive system any time of year can be quite challenging.

During the summer we are much more active than any other season.

We go out more and our physical energy and emotions become very expansive. another word our digestive system can be very sluggish.

We also eat more colder food to reduce our body temperature when our body thermostat is not working properly. Another thing is we are eating out much more than other season.

Eating pickles to support your digestive system gently and learn to be more healthy.

* What to bring:

Indoor shoes/slippers/socks since we do not wear out side shoes in the studio mugen.
