“Seed Restaurant has become my weekly treat from cooking my own macrobiotic meals.  his funky setting houses one of the best chefs in town. Eric’s dishes especially the Tempeh burgers and the Seitan (house made) tacos are a few of my favorites. Even the macro bowl tastes extra good because I didn’t have to cook it. Okay, I’ll admit it too that I have a sweet tooth and love to try eating one of Eric’s amazing wheat free, gluten free, sugar free, guilt free desserts.
